What is the job like, really? 🤔
The job we're offering is to work as a Senior Software Architect on our customer projects with modern web, mobile, IoT, or product-based solutions. Your specialty is to think about the technical solutions that match our customer's needs and are efficient to implement and maintain. Designing purposeful architecture and choosing the best technologies and tools for our projects are your bread and butter. Most of your time is still spent on hands-on development, tweaking, and integrating the systems that we’re building for the client.
Our customer base and the scope of our projects are wide, from small start-ups to globally large enterprises, and from legacy-type maintenance to advanced projects in generative AI. You can find examples of our work on our customers page.
The life cycle of our projects and the size of teams varies so there is no need to worry about getting stuck or bored. Our projects can be demanding, but you'll be able to handle that together with your future teammates as they are at the top of their game.
What are we looking for?
🎯 If you have a solid and versatile history in software development as well as experience in designing modern software architectures, you're just the person we’re looking for!
🎯 Our projects make use of diverse technologies (like React, Angular, Vue, Java/Kotlin, Node.js, C#/.NET, and Python/Django), so we hope you’re well-versed in at least a couple of them.
🎯 Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure is essential, as our codebase primarily operates on these platforms.
🎯 In addition to having a diverse skill set, we expect you to approach consulting with a can-do attitude and to confidently claim your space in our clients’ projects
🎯 When it comes to defining what "culture fit" means to us, we believe in positivity and willingness to be part of our community
🎯 To ensure effective communication, including with Finnish-speaking customers, proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential for many of our customer projects.
